April 26/ May 2 - PAINTING HOLIDAYS 

In Verona, Venice, Florence, Fabriano, and the Castles of the Marche park mountains: Genga,  Precicchie, Collamato, Elcito, Serra S. Quirico and the S.Urbano Abbey 

(*LN – the cost includes, transport, hotel and all service, not luch - The detailed places can be changed to give the best opportunities to our program)

April 26, Wednesday - Verona 

8:00 we leave from Bologna by bus and come back at night – travel is about 1:45 hour. 

10:00 we arrive In Verona where we are booked to visit the famous Arena (Lyric Roman Theatre) you can plein air and can visit the Giulietta balcony (Giulietta and Romeo from the legend and from William Shakespeare). Lunch is free (not organized to allow the personal need, plein air, shopping time).  

17:00 Going back to Bologna; we will stop for dinner at the Bologna hills to taste the typical foods and wine from this area

April 27, Thursday - Venice

with an exposition for the Painting holiday artists in Venice – something very exclusive in the Laguna

8:00 we leave from Bologna by bus and come back at night – travel is about 1:50 hour. 

10:00 we arrive In Venice station area, just in front of Laguna (the old city built in the channels beside and over the sea). We have free time to visit the Laguna, the incredible buildings, or the museums (if you are fond of modern Art don’t miss the Guggenheim  museum) the S. Marco Church and the little bridges and squares in Venice. Lunch is free (not organized to allow the personal need, plain air, shopping time).  

We meet at 14:00 in the Exhibition venue, for the opening of the exhibition. 

17:00 Going back to Bologna; we will stop for dinner at the Modena area to taste other typical foods and wines from this area.

April 28, Friday - Florence

8:00 we leave from Bologna by bus and at night we go to the Fabriano area – travel to Florence is about 1:48 hour. From Florence to Fabriano is 2:30 hours.

10:00 we arrive In Florence where we are booked to visit the famous Uffizi Gallery, where is conserved one of the most famous and important Art collections in the world. In Florence you can plein air, visit the city center: the very same places where Michelangelo and Leonardo have been living and working for long time.

17:00 we leave for Fabriano; we will stop for dinner at the Trasimeno lake (Umbria region) to taste different typical foods and wine from this area.

April 29, Saturday - Genga S. Vittore / Serra S. Quirico / Winery dinner

our hotel will be in Genga S. Vittore, the very same place where the oldest Abby and the biggest caves in Europe are settled. It is also the very center of the Naturalistic Marche Region Park: this area is very green and very spiritual since paleolithic times. 

We will dedicate the morning to rest in the green, plain air in the river and for those who wish to visit the Abby and the Caves.

In the afternoon we will take the bus and move to Serra San Quirico, to plein air in the city square, the Copertelle architecture. We will spend the evening at one of the local vineyards where we will have typical dinner at sunset.

April 30, Sunday - FermoInAcquarello / Fermo / Torre di Palme

We will join the FermoInAcquarello event, in Fermo medieval old city and castle: a terrace to  the seaside coast landscape. Here we will spend the day together with the FermoInAcquarello artists. In the afternoon we will move to plain air in Torre di Palme, the pittoresque small center on the sea side where we will have a typical dinner. 

May 1, Monday - Fabriano / the Paper Museum / Painting in main square / the the baroque concert

We will fully spend our last day in Fabriano: we will conclude the day with a farewell dinner and the singer from the Cantamaggio old songs.

- 9:30, at FabrianoInAcquarello info point in main square – welcome of the Artist by the Fabriano Artist team

- 10:30, at Main Square – plain air and roll collective performance of all the painting holidays artist together with Fabriano Artist team

- 12:00, at

- 16:00, at Oratorio della Carità - meeting with the Fabriano Mayor, Culture Councillor and with the Region Culture Councillor – painting performance

- 18:00, at Chiesa di San Biagio – Callido baroque organ concert with  the “Settembre Organistico” masters and painting performance of all the painting holidays artist 

- 20:00, farewell dinner

May 2, Tuesday - LEAVING - Bus  bring the artist back to Bologna – train is available to Rome

May 1 / July 1/ August 20 - FabrianoInAcquarello in FABRIANO - program is for ALL audience

May 1, Monday
1 day event to welcome the international artist in Fabriano and meet the Fabriano authorities

Fabriano / the Paper Museum / Painting in main square / the the baroque concert

We will fully spend our last day in Fabriano: by the square, the paper museum and the paper makers places.

We will conclude the day with a farewell dinner and the singer from the Cantamaggio old songs.

- 9:30, at FabrianoInAcquarello info point in main square – welcome of the Artist by the Fabriano

- 10:30, at Main Square – plain air and roll collective performance of all the painting holidays artist together with Fabriano artist

- 16:00, at Oratorio della Carità - meeting with the Fabriano Mayor, Culture Councillor and with the Region Culture Councillor – painting performance
